PalCal is a shared calendar application that allows users to create group calendars, plan events, communicate with group members, and share memories. The service includes both free and premium subscription features.

You retain ownership of content you create in PalCal. By sharing content within the app, you grant us a license to store and display that content to other members of your shared calendars. You are responsible for the content you share.
PalCal offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to PalCal if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
PalCal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any data loss, though we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalCal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
